The effects of anti wrinkle injections can last anywhere from three to six months. As your muscle action begins to gradually return the lines and wrinkles will begin to reappear and will need to be treated again. You may find that with each treatment the wrinkles appear less, as the muscle shrinks.
During your anti wrinkle injection appointment, one of our aesthetic doctors or nurses will use the latest techniques to administer small amounts of solution to the affected areas, using a very small needle. If you are worried about the sensation, we can apply numbing cream to the area before hand to make it as comfortable for you as possible. Some patients describe it as a light burning sensation, however this doesn’t last for long; the procedure is relatively painless.
