PRP therapy is a three-step process that aims to help stop hair loss and trigger natural hair growth
PRP or Platelet-Rich Plasma is highly effective hair loss treatment which has been shown to increase hair count, hair thickness, and the growth phase of hair cycles.
Just to remind you…the treatment process begins with a simple blood draw from your arm, that blood is then placed into our top of the range centrifuge a machine, which spins the blood, separating out the red blood cells from the plasma.
Plasma contains our white blood cells and platelets, which are rich in growth factors. These are then injected into the scalp to help stimulate the hair follicles and promote new hair growth.
The treatment will be carried out by consultant plastic surgeon Dr Sofiane Rimouche and our specialist clinical team.

What is PRP?
PRP stands for platelet-rich plasma. Blood is mostly made up of plasma and red blood cells. At Renovatio Clinic our resident plastic surgeon, Dr. Sof, takes a small tube of your blood and places it in a centrifuge machine to separate the two. This plasma is then injected over your scalp.
