THINGS TO AVOID AFTER Motiva® Preserve breast augmentation SURGERY
The following five steps will support your recovery
- Heavy Lifting: Avoid lifting anything over 5kg for at least 4–6 weeks, including children or heavy shopping bags. This helps reduce strain on your chest and promotes proper healing.
- Sleeping on Your Front or Side: Sleep on your back with head and chest slightly elevated to minimise swelling and prevent implant displacement during early recovery.
