Hannah is a qualified Doctor of Counselling Psychology and in addition, holds a Masters in Health Psychology. Hannah is professionally trained and skilled in a variety of therapeutic approaches, leading to a more authentic, personalised therapeutic approach to suit her clients’ needs and tailor a more individualised approach. Hannah prides her work on creating a strong meaningful relationship with her clients which is non-judgmental and completely confidential.
Her experience and qualifications allow her to conduct mental health assessments and therapy with individuals, couples, families and groups across the lifespan facing a variety of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, body image, OCD, relationship issues, childhood trauma and more. Hannah’s dissertation led to the publication of her work which looks extensively at therapeutic approaches to Generalised Anxiety Disorder. Her approach is warm and inviting creating a sense of safety and ease from the initial consultation onwards.
